Mr. Dmytro Vasylkov brings over two decades of expertise in the investment and financial sectors, with a wealth of knowledge that spans multiple disciplines. His career, marked by progressive leadership roles, includes significant experience in both commercial and investment banking, where he honed his skills in securities operations, financial monitoring, and risk management.
At DAHI, Dmytro plays a pivotal role in the company’s growth and strategic direction. He oversees the firm’s core operations, driving the search for new investment opportunities while conducting rigorous research and analysis. Dmytro is deeply involved in every stage of the investment process, ensuring that decisions are informed by comprehensive data and aligned with DAHI’s overall objectives.
Before focusing fully on DAHI, Dmytro held senior positions in leading financial institutions in Ukraine, where he managed large-scale securities departments and supervised regulatory compliance.
He holds a Master’s degree in International Investment Management (with Distinction) and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics (with Distinction), both from Kyiv National Economic University, named after Vadym Hetman. Dmytro’s academic background complements his practical experience, allowing him to approach complex financial challenges with both theoretical insight and hands-on expertise.

Mr. Constantinos Tsangarides brings extensive operational and business development expertise to DAHI. His career is marked by a strong track record in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and fostering collaboration across various departments. Constantinos has been instrumental in the smooth functioning of DAHI’s Cyprus office, where he coordinates internal activities and liaises with external ervice providers to ensure seamless operations.
Constantinos excels in maintaining the necessary communication between support functions, ensuring that every department works in harmony toward the company’s goals. His ability to navigate complex operational challenges while maintaining a focus on long-term strategic objectives has made him a vital part of DAHI’s leadership team. His business acumen and operational leadership help DAHI maintain a strong presence in Cyprus and support the company’s global expansion.
